Brenda Watson
Executive Director
Brenda grew up in Killeen, TX and graduated from Mary Hardin-Baylor University with Bachelor's in Elementary Education and went on to get her Masters degree from Texas A&M Central Texas in Educational Leadership and Administration. She taught elementary school in Killeen, TX for 15 years before moving to Pflugerville and beginning a new journey with her husband, Erik. Brenda has three boys, Matthew (18), Gabriel (10) and Stone (9). Both Gabe and Stone attended Little Hands of Grace before entering Highland Park Elementary. She has been the executive director for Little Hands of Grace since 2016.

Hillarie Smith
Director
Hillarie grew up in Amarillo, TX and graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor's Degree in Education. She has been a classroom teacher in elementary school, middle school, preschool music and Pre-K over the past 13 years. She is a mother of 3 boys: 21, 17, and 15 and has been married to her wonderful husband for 25 years. She has called Pflugerville home for nearly 20 years. She is so excited to begin a new chapter this year as the Director of Little Hands of Grace Preschool!
